Many of our current members were once passionate enthusiasts who had never driven on a race track. They loved cars, enjoyed spirited driving, and wanted to become better drivers but weren’t sure where to begin. That’s exactly why we created Driver Development 101.
Designed for Future Driving Club Members
Driver Development 101 is a comprehensive introductory program built specifically for drivers who are interested in becoming members of our Driving Club but have little to no track experience.
This two-hour course provides a structured, supportive environment where participants can learn the fundamentals of performance driving from experienced instructors while gaining valuable track exposure.
Whether you own a Corvette, Porsche, BMW, Mustang, or any other performance vehicle, Driver Development 101 is designed to help you build confidence behind the wheel and understand the fundamentals required for safe and enjoyable track driving.
What You’ll Learn
Participants will receive instruction on:
- Track driving fundamentals
- Vehicle dynamics and driver inputs
- Proper braking and cornering techniques
- Vision and situational awareness
- Track etiquette and safety procedures
- Understanding racing lines and apexes
- Preparing yourself and your vehicle for track events
The program combines classroom education with on-track experience, allowing drivers to immediately apply what they’ve learned in a controlled setting.

One of the greatest benefits of Driver Development 101 is the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of a Driving Club Member Day firsthand.
Participants will interact with current members, see the club community in action, and gain a better understanding of the unique opportunities available through membership. Graduates of the program leave with a newfound confidence and a clear path toward continued development as a driver.
