The NCM Motorsports Park (MSP) continues to build momentum with its Women’s High-Performance Driving Introduction (HPDI). Now in its fourth year, the program has become a standout offering, blending education, empowerment, and adrenaline in an environment designed specifically for women.

Ashley White, Experiential Coordinator at MSP, said the program is designed to empower. “Our goal is to create a space where women can come together, learn at their own pace, and truly experience what driving on track is all about,” White said. “It’s not just about speed; it’s about skill, safety, and the excitement of trying something new.”

Participants move through a full day of instruction, from classroom sessions to hands-on driving drills, gaining confidence in braking, cornering, and track awareness. With professional guidance and ample seat time, drivers of all experience levels are able to build skills and push past their comfort zones.

“We’ve experienced tremendous growth with this program,” says marketing manager Morgan Watson. “Each Women’s HPDI event brings in new faces eager to get involved. It’s incredible to see connections form, confidence take hold, and participants leave with smiles from ear to ear.”

That sense of confidence is reinforced by instructors like Myra DeVit, who works closely with participants throughout the day. “The biggest thing I tell our drivers is that this is about you,” DeVit said. “You don’t need prior experience; you just need an open mind and the willingness to push yourself a little bit outside your comfort zone. The confidence that comes from that is something you carry with you long after the checkered flag.”

As interest continues to grow, the NCM Motorsports Park is expanding its Women’s HPDI offerings with two events scheduled in 2026. Follow the link below for details.
