NCM Kartplex

The NCM Kartplex is committed to a family-friendly entertainment experience.  

While visiting The NCM Kartplex guests are required to follow the NCM Kartplex Code of Conduct Rules. 

• Follow staff instructions and safety briefings.  

• Wear required safety gear, including helmets and closed-toe shoes.  

• Drive responsibly — reckless driving, bumping, or intentional contact is not allowed.  

• Respect other drivers on and off track.  

• No alcohol, drugs, or impaired driving permitted.  

• Maintain safe speeds in pit areas and designated slow zones.  

• Keep hands and feet inside the kart while driving.  

• No stopping on the track unless directed by staff or in an emergency.  

• Report any accidents, unsafe behavior, or mechanical issues immediately.  

• You are responsible for damages to kart and/or facility per damage policy. 

• Children must meet minimum age and height requirements to participate.  

• Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas.  

• No abusive language, harassment, or aggressive behavior tolerated at the Kartplex.  

Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in removal from the facility without a refund. 

All participants must have a completed waiver on file before participating in any activities.  

Waivers may be completed digitally online or by submitting a printed paper form.  

Participants under 18 years of age must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Paper waiver forms can be downloaded from our website and completed to check-in. However, Digital waivers are recommended for faster check-in and processing. Incomplete or unsigned waivers will not be accepted. Participants without a valid waiver on file will not be permitted to race or enter restricted areas. 

If your minor is not accompanied by day-of-visits but a parent or legal guardian, you may pre-register your minor child online. Fraudulent registrants and/or signatures are strictly prohibited. Signatures remain on file for future visits (365 days from initial waiver). 

NCM Online Waiver 

All participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before racing. Download and print the minor waiver form here before arriving. The waiver must be completed and signed in full by the parent or legal guardian and notarized. Minors may not sign their own waiver forms. Please bring the completed waiver with you at check-in. A valid photo ID for the parent or legal guardian may be required for verification. Incomplete or unsigned waivers will not be accepted. Participants without a completed waiver will not be permitted to race. 

All guests and participants are financially responsible for any damage caused through reckless, negligent, intentionally or improper operation of karts or facility equipment, including but not limited to barriers, fencing, safety system, timing equipment, and racing karts. 

By participating, guests acknowledge and agree that damage charges may be assessed at the discretion of management based on the extent of repairs, replacement costs, labor, and downtime. Average repairs and replacement charges include: 

• Barrier repair or replacement: approximately $200- $500 per piece/section 

• Kart body damage: approximately $75 – $300 

• Tire, wheel, or bumper damage: approximately $50-$250 

• Major kart mechanical or frame damage: approximately $500-$2,500 

Damage fees may be charged directly to the guests, parent/legal guardian of a minor participant or the payment method used for booking or check-in. Refusal to pay assessed damages may result in removal from the facility, suspension of racing privileges, and/or legal collection action permitted by law.  

Management reserves the right to determine faults and assess charges based on staff reports, and inspection findings. Normal racing contact and ordinary wear are excluded unless determined to be excessive or intentional.
