We’re thrilled to share exciting news about the continued growth of the NCM Motorsports Park Leadership Team. These talented professionals bring a wealth of experience, passion, and industry insight to our team — and we couldn’t be more excited for what lies ahead.

Shannon Bere has been named the new General Manager of Track Operations. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and holds a Certification in Exhibition Management. She brings with her an extensive background in operational excellence, with a strong focus on event and account management. Her expertise includes strategic planning and execution, budgeting, cost control, revenue growth, contract supervision, and team development. Most recently, Shannon served as Director of Event Programs at AVIXA, where she oversaw Integrated Experiences and Special Events, Partner Programs, and the launch of InfoComm América Latina. With two decades of experience in events, sales, management, and corporate leadership, we are confident that Shannon will be a fantastic addition to the NCM Motorsports Park team.

Ashley White will be the new Experiential Coordinator and will oversee the NCM Motorsports Parks driving programs including Touring Laps, Driving Academies, Introduction to High Performance Driving, and our self-hosted HPDEs. Ashley has an extensive background in motorsports with more than thirteen years of experience in marketing, management, event coordination, and communication. She has worked with industry leaders such as Formula Drift, Grid Life, and Hyperfest among several others. She is also an accomplished driver and drifter, proudly running a 2007 pink C6 drift corvette.

In addition to welcoming these professionals, we are excited to announce that some familiar faces will be assuming new roles within our organization. Jennifer Warner has been promoted to Operations Manager over seeing retail, facilities, security & karting, while Suzie Endicott will be re-joining MSP as the Administrative and Sales assistant. We are incredibly proud to watch their careers grow and look forward to watching them excel in their new roles.
It has been an amazing few years at the NCM Motorsports Park, and we look forward to the journey and growth ahead. Thank you for coming along for the ride!
