Blending speed, skill, and style, drifting captivated fans with drivers sending their cars sideways through tight corners on the East Track configuration in a display of precise control and raw power.
Unlike traditional racing, drifting isn’t about crossing the finish line first. From seasoned pros to newcomers, the event brought together a community fueled by a shared passion for performance.
“The energy out here was just unreal,” said Ashley White, Experiential Coordinator at NCM Motorsports Park. “You could feel the excitement from the drivers and the crowd. It’s clear that Drift Day struck a chord—we’re thrilled to make this a recurring experience.”
Thanks to overwhelming support from participants, spectators, and volunteers, plans are already in motion to make Drift Day a regular feature on the NCM calendar. The next event is scheduled for October 11, and organizers promise even more action, smoke, and sideways fun.
