The enjoyment of Z ownership must include the occasional spirited driving experience. ZCON 2020 is planning on a variety of Motorsports activities to allow drivers of all experience levels to enjoy time on a real race track.
The NCM Motorsports Park is ~1 hour drive from the ZCON host hotel and we have reserved the facility for an HPDE Track Day event. HPDE, or High-Performance Driver Education, is an opportunity to work with experienced drivers and learn (safely) to drive on a race track. The day includes a variety of experience-level run-groups (Novice through Advanced) with emphasis on safety.
ZCON registrants will have an opportunity to sign up for the track and will be required to register both on the ZCON website and on a third party application (MotorSportReg.com) so we can organize run-groups, communicate safety regulations and organize teachers with instructors.
NOTE: Noise Ordinance at NCM is 103dB (maximum) at 50 feet, all cars must have a muffler, NO EXCEPTIONS. Instructors are needed for this event, if you’re interested please email us at: ZCCAHPDE@GMAIL.COM
