Update on Noise Situation
The local Planning Commission suggested a two (2) week postponement of the scheduled October 1 hearing on the revised Detailed Development Plan since an agreement to the proposed terms had not been reached between the NCM Motorsports Park and the Clark Circle neighbors.  To date, the Motorsports Park has constructed a 1,630 linear foot berm
